Rebuild the internet

For this project, I decided to make an edutainment style video about the internet; while the facts are not really uh the most important aspects of the internet we wanted to tell the world what we appreciated about the internet — like quality truck stop bathrooms and learning about colors. Frankly, we improved all shots the moment of shooting and decided the color grading scale when watching an old racist advertisement about mattresses.

Realistically the color grading took the majority of my time; I wanted it to look like an overlit 90s show and a faded VCR tape (evening using a LUT designed to look like a ruined film for some sections of the video) I hope the funny jokes and the moments of real facts landed and told everyone that the internet lives in our souls and is many things to many people.
